Services at Home
Services at home (also known as Home Care Package) is a government initiative aiming to provide the Australian early population the services they need at home.
These packages can include a variety of services such as personal care, domestic assistance, allied health services etc. With a focus on individual needs, home care packages provide flexible, personalised care solutions for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our allied health care team is equipped to provide evidence-based treatment plans to ensure that clients receive the support they need to thrive in their own environments.
Private Health Insurance
To ensure we provide a high quality of service to our clients, all of our health practitioners are licensed and registered with their corresponding governing bodies. Most of our practitioners are multi-lingual especially in Mandarin or Cantonese. If you have private health fund and eligible to have rebate from your health fund, we can provide a formal receipt for you to claim. We are unable to provide you a quote on your rebate as it varies between the level of cover and the health fund providers. Our goal is to provide convenient, high-quality care that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.
